well yeah, you had read it correct toxic relationship that is unpleasant. so, lets us know what is exactly means;
but my friend, before starting i want to make clear that for it didn't need to be romantic to fall in this category. we are being in many relationship like brother-sister, parent-children, friends, boss-employee etc etc....
toxic relationship is a relationship characterized by behaviors on the part of toxic partner that are emotionally and not infrequently, physically damaging to their partner.
A ''HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP'' involves mutual caring, respect and compassion an interest in our partner's welfare and growth, an ability to share control and decision-making in short, a shared desire for each other's happiness,
yeah so you can identify your toxic relationship;
1. it feels bad all the time( it seems like nothing remaining as before we were)

2. you avoid saying what you need because there is just no point
3. there is no effort
4. all the work, love, compromise comes from you
5. physical or verbal abuse or both
6. nothing get resolved
7. lying and cheating
8. only you are the culprit of anything
9. only you are trying to change yourself and trying to save relationship
10. they will show your score card that let me show how wrong you are
sometime the toxicity grows and blindsides you and by the time you realize, it's too late- the cost of leaving might feel too high or there may be limited options
staying in a relationship should never have losing yourself as one of the conditions. you are far too important for that.
its important to make sacrifices in relationship but your happiness, self-esteem and self respect should always on the list-always. If a relationship is built on love, it nurtures, restores, replenishes and revives. it doesn't diminish. so everything you need to be happy is in you. when you are with someone who suffocates those previous parts of you, be alive to damage they are doing....
you owe them nothing, you owe yourself everything , and most important but not the least you deserves to be happy.
